I have a user who is not able to view our external webpage. He is able to view on intranet and any other external website he wants he just cant view our external webpage. He is behind a netscreen-5xp connected with VPN.
I would start with an NSLOOKUP from his computer and make sure he can resolve the name via DNS. If that works, I would then try and check your outbound (trust to untrust) policy for any restrictions. DNS could be failing, or maybe he is using a local host file?
