Hello,

I have just installed Avaya One X portal on Server 2012 R2.
I am not able to load and not able to see one-x in the services too.

What can be the solution?

Uninstall and make sure all the pre-requisites are setup before installing One-X Portal.
Make sure you install One-X Portal with full local admin rights, that is most of the cases the problem on Win 2008 R2.

After the install and it asks to start the service you have to leave it for at least 20-30mins (sometimes longer) before it is accessible and for the the service to been seen on the server.

It won't install the service when UAC is turned on while installing.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

it is usually far quicker & less error prone to install the application server (cent os based) & save the cost of the windows server license

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
