Hi Guys,
I need help importing an mdb file from a vmpro 9.0.1 to a vmpro R10 running on an application server, even if I force the mdb file through Winscp the voicemail pro cannot read or locate my Wavs files although they are already there through winscp, I always get the message that he cannot locate the wav file on 10.x.x.62. And if I try to choose another wave file from another directory I'll get an error saying that << you do not have permission to select this directory please select some other directory >>

any ideas whould be really helpful

Thanks

Open a ssh session with PuTTy and make vmpro the owner with rw rights of the all the files in the VM folder and below folders.
In WinSCP you can see who is the current owner and I bet it is either root or administrator which cause problems like unable to change the recordings using the vmpro recording utility in the vmpro client.

it was root the owner and I changed it to Administrator so I can transfer my wavs and greetings to the new app server with Winscp, otherwise he won't let me!
you think once the files are already transfered I need to make vmpro the owner of /opt/vmpro ?
Thanks

could that explain why whenever I import the .mdb in the voicemail pro client he won't save any change ?
is this new with R10 we have to make vmpro the owner of /opt/vmpro ?
Thanks
