Not able to delete

Hi

I have a problem:
When I try to empty my recycle bin, I get the following popup:

ERROR

Cannot remove folder DC0.02:The direcory is not empty
***********************************************************

There is no such folder and/or file
The recycle bin's empty....

Try running scandisk (accessories/system tools).

It might just be some hard disk spookiness.

Try rebooting PC (if I had a nickle for every time .....)
then first thing after login, try to empty recycle bin.

I'm guessing this will help.
