Not abel to launch Call Pilot Manager or Web Page

I am getting this error that pops up on the CMD window when I try to launch either the WEB page or the Call Pilot Manger from the Element Manager. Any way to fix this?

CMD Displayed:

"C:\Program File\Nortel Business Element Manager\BusinessElementManager\bin>
 
Try opening IE and make it your default browser, close it then try again.....it wants IE and not Firefox or Opera etc.

You can download EM from the BCM itself or try this site:
You can also go direct in any browser using this link: edit the IP address as needed.

Make sure Java is updated also.

If still an issue post back:
-your version of Windows and 32 or 64 bit
-your version of Element Manager
-your version of Java
-your version of BCM
