Is anyone having problems trying to use their iPhone to access their Norstar voicemail systems? A customer called me on this one. After you to press the * button twice to access the voicemail system, it doesn't access the mailbox.
It seems the * button is not recognized.
I Googled a forum where somebody said to go into settings and disable the "3G" on the network and it may work. There are many people experiencing this problem. I thought I would give this respectable forum some visibility on this subject. Thanks.
