Norton Luadmin not listing all definitions/programs

I've come across this problem before, however I can't seem to remember how I fixed it. Also, I found the link on Norton's Knowledgebase, but it seems to be down right now

In Luadmin I do not have the option to download the 8.x updates...only 7.x. Anybody know what the process is to resolve this issue?

I thought I should update this thread, just incase the above links are dead.

Open "Liveupdate Administrator"
Select the appropriate language
Place a check next to any item
Fill in the download location
Click "Retrieve Files"

This will download the checked files. Now close "Liveupdate Administrator", and then reopen it. You should now see all the new items are filled in
