Hi I have norton Ghost v6(i think), it used to run fine but now all of a sudden when I launch it I get an error -
ABORT: 36000, PROCESSOR EXCEPTION 13, ABNORMAL TERMINATION

This happens when I attempt to run it in either Win 2k, Win 98 or when I boot to a dos prompt from a diskette

Any ideas??

machine is
AMD Tbird 1Ghz
Abit KT7
256 Mb Pc133
40 Gb Fireball HDD - IDE CH1 Master
CDROM Drive - IDE CH2 Master
Abit Siluro T400 MX400
Sblaster Live
Netgear Nic

Sounds like the exe is shot on the disk..Or have you tried different disks.
Ghost is picky about errors on the drive also.
Scan the drive see if it comes up with any.

The key is the Netgear NIC. I you look long enough on the Norton support page you will find the Netgear 310 is not supported. I dont know about the othe netgear models but would be suspect of the whole FA3xx line. To get around this problem I split my hard drive into 2 patitions and ghosted from D: to C:
