Norton for Exchange Causing attachment delay 1

Is there any way I can get rid of the delay that happens when you try to open an email with an attachment on outlook. Someone told me that Norton for Exchange is doing this can anyone help me out with this?

You might want to check out the Auto-Protect section of the NAV for Exchange that you're using. If you have MAPI/VAPI combination on, this can really cause slowdowns and/or problems moving emails from folder to folder. I've also had problems with VAPI only mode, so am now just using "MAPI Only" mode on my Exchange 5.5 Server (SP4), Windows 2000 Server w/SP3, and NAV for Exchange version 2.18.
