Norton 2002 Antivirus is installed on this workstation which is Win NT. The weekly definitions update etc are downloaded fine automatically.
Now all of a sudden when I do a regular live update it finds a Norton Antivirus 2000 (program) update and after downloading when it tries to install , I get the following error:
At the top blue bar spa.exe-Entry Point not found
Then below it says
The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameA could not be loaded in the dynamic link libral kernel32.dll
PS: I have also posted this on Microsoft Win NT but it seems that people with other operating systems have had similar issues so likely it seems to be a Norton issue. Thus the repost.

Suggestions?

I have deleted the two folders LiveUpdate and reinstalled a new Liveupdate on my Workstations NT4,and now I am not stopped any more by Spa.exe entry error messages when running Norton Antivirus 2002 live updates!
Thanks Ligneous!

I already tried this without success but I will try again on thursday when I return to my office. Question-did you just go under Symantec and delete the two live update folders, why are their two?
On my system all the definitions live update works fine, the only one that does not is the live update when it downloads the program update. Was this also the same in your case?
Thanks for any comment you can make regarding this
