Norton AV 2002 not functionning 1

I installed NAV2002 on Win98. I cannot go further than the NAV Information Wizard: clicking on "next" doesn't do nothing. Even in the configuration menu, clicking on an item of the menu has no effect. Please, help.

I have run into this problem before and it was due to an unauthorized copy of Antivirus having been installed on the machine at some prior date. The only way that I could get the legal software to work was to remove (add/remove programs) all of the symantec products on the machine and then edit the registry to remove the key values there. Once that was done then I had to reinstall all the symantec products and everything worked fine.

I removed all the Symantec keys and reinstalled again the software. It works now. Thank you for your help.
