I am running NAV from Norton Systemworks 2002. I just paid for a subscription renewal and the definations update won't work. When I run the update it zips through and says everything is up to date. Yet, the update date on the cover page shows a November date. It does not act like it did before the subscription update.

I have the e-mail confirmation that the update was paid for.

I contacted Symantek and they said they don't support anything earlier than 2004; buy a new program.

I am about to upgrade my OS from 98SE to 2000 pro. How do I get NAV to recognize the subscription if I have to reinstall it fom the CD?

Help!!!

Mr. bygeek

The Syamntec e-mail order confirmation contains; an order number, date, my name, account number, Product name (NAV 2002 subscription), price... Down at the bottom of the e-mail, they listed an ABN number (whatever that is).

However, no subscription number. Also, poking through the program, I found no place to put in a subscription number. Is it located in some sneaky place (like you have to open a specific file)?

THanks

Some versions of NAV ask you for the subscription renewal number once it expires. Did you download and install the Live Update file from my link?

I did, it apparently installed correctly but made no change to the operation of the anti-virus update.

Sorry, that idea didn't work.
