I have been recieving this message from the NAVMSE; Admin Alert: Norton AntiVirus failed to scan an attachment in a message from my Exchange server. No action was taken on the attachment. Attachment Readme.scr was Logged Only for the following reasons:Scan Engine Failure (0x80004005)
The NAVMSE was previously working fine.
I am running NAVMSE version 2.1 and Exchange Server 5.5 on a WinNT Server 4.0.
I have visited the Symantec site that the information there didn't help much.
Any suggestions on how to sort this out?
