I have norton internet security (2003) installed on my pc and it seems to be blocking microsoft outlook express (2003) somehow. i get no error message, but when i click 'send/recieve messages' it doesnt load or anything. when i didnt have norton installed, it was fine.
Now, if i restart and i am the first person to login, its fine. If someone else logs in, or i log out/in, it wont load. does anyone know what to do? it effects me on my pc and im the only one to uses outlook it. Any support would be great.
