Are you able to log into the system? If Yes, then go to LD 20 to find unused TNs.

>LD 20

TYPE 500 TN 004 0 04 10 4D

If you want to look for unused telephone DNs, do this:

apear an error SCH0821
i look and this error means that i heve not a extention available, it this correct ?? this is the real meaning ?

thanks a lot !!!

go in to LD 22 and at req type SLT and hit enter and see iof you have any analog TN licenses available. It sould like you either dont have a hardware port to assign or you are out of TN licenses.

Thanks,

DIGITAL TELEPHONES 72 LEFT 0 USED 72
it meaning that i have not anyone available extention ?
it is right ?

Try to look for a TNs that were programmed but no telephones connected into it. For analog, there's no other way but to physically inspect your panel. For digital, you can use a command to disable all TNs without phones connected.
