Long story short I had some phone numbers remote call forwarded from our PRI to our new sip circuit for our new voip system. I still need our old nortel system to handle some of our existing phone numbers to support faxing until I can get a fax server. So our main DID that we use for outbound call was removed from the PRI circuit. Now I can't make and outbound call/fax. Does anybody know how to change this main outbound DID to another DID that is still attached to the PRI. I have look through a lot of Northstar manuals today but have came up empty.

Thanks in advance.

DID is inbound only...how many PRI circuits do you have?
Maybe the whole circuit was cancelled.

I just have one pri for this site. Inbound calls are coming through but the phone system doesn't know where to route the outbound calls

Thanks

As an example
If it is using BlocA then make sure Dest code 9 is using Route 001 which uses BlocA and that sets have access to BlocA in Line Access.

I would verify what you did or cancelled with your carrier because cancelling or migrating DID's should have no impact on out going unless the circuit was cancelled or the channels reduced from 23.

What does the display read when dialing the Dest code?
