nortel voice mail wrong greeting

I have a MICS with a nam voice mail. When it is put on nights it plays the greeting then plays an added greeting that was not recorded. The added greeting was on the system before but will not erase when new recording made. The nam does not have a tree built. The greeting is recorded on the # 4 table.

Check path 0 of the tree.

If a tree is not built then no sense looking at a Path.

Places to look at:
Got into AA/Table X/ AA Menu prompt....see if it says Yes then change the recording to a second of silence.
Look at Morn Aft and Eve to see what number is recorded/playing then go into AA/Greeting/grtg and change if need.

The menu prompt were all set to no, but I recorded blank over all and it worked.
