I have a virtual line set up (for another company) that is sent to the reception to answer and take messages. If reception is unable to take the call, it will go to our company voicemail which will confuse callers when ringing in for a different company. What is the best way around this without using our call pilot licenses? Is there a way to create a voicemail for just that line and still have our main phone voicemail intact? Or is there a way to set the alternate line so that there is no voicemail? Thanks for any help!

normally callpilot will see the "Originally dialed" digits (short of digit manipulation like IDC table and the like).

also, what is the VIRTUAL line you mentioned? A virtual 500 line? or just another key on her phone? LDN?

Use Application Builder to create a new App. Build an Application the plays a message and will route the call to the user or the operator. Give the Operator a "special key" for that person and answer, "some one else's line, how can I help you?".
