Nortel - TTY 03 SCH MTC BUG - Option 11C Software 7.5 - ERROR ISSUE

Hello All,

I have a option 11C version 7.5, I am not able to access through the web, so I use command line and I have been trying for a few days with the main account and my personal(I created).

I type

Logi
admin
xxxxx

The screen says this everytime before and after I try typing the login credentials.

I am also not at the site so I dont have access to the equipment physically.

Has the CS1000e been registered correctly?. Has the accounts been dumped onto the Call Server?. Are you sure that it's a 7.5 release?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
 
Not sure it does a nightly routine that is how it was setup for each site. in LD 143. Yes i am sure we had all the Element Managers upgraded to 7.5.

try logging in with admin1/admin2 logins. Like david stated, it may not be registered to the security domain.
 
Make sure you have multiuser turned on on that call server. We had problems with one of our 7.5 installs because of this.

If you can't log in, though, I don't know how you can check or change that parameter.
