I have recently upgraded to TM 3.0 and for some reason on the web I am not able to see the TBS portion on the left with the other options. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work?

active x controls are enabled. Could there be something else? I am getting all other area such as directory, search, etc. Thanks

If you have a dual core processor / 2 processors / or hyper threading. The TBS will NOT work.

This is fixed (nothing is ever really fixed) in 3.1.

I noticed all the things 3.1 can't do compared to 2.2. WOW!! what a difference.

Thanks for the info. Ive tried everything under the sun to get it to work. Our vendor is suppose to be sending us a free copy of 3.1 since web billing was the main reason we went with TM in the first place.

I ran into this same problem at an upgrade from 2.2 to TM3.0
Fix: You have to sign in to the Web Station Admin with a username and password that is defined in the CND database. In the Web Station Admin pick a user in the Directory Search,at the bottom of the form you will see the login infoamtion for that user, you need to fill that out login and password and the type of access this user has..then sign in with this user name and password to access Web Billing. It should work.

The problem seems to lie where you assign rights to a user in user groups. For some reason I dont have anything under telecom billing system (such as webtbs and directory). Another problem im having is with the actual telecom billing thats on the TM server. For some reason when i go to edit and try to do the telephone config or bring the CDR it just gives me a blank screen and my CPU usage goes to 100 %. Hyperthreading is turned off but still get the same problems. Anymore suggestions would be great.

Thanks

So the CPU has Hyperthreading turned off... Is it a Dual Core
Processor? Do you have two physical CPU's?

Its a dual core processor. I turned the dual core off in BIOS per nortel instructions. I just went to the nortel billing class last week and they had told me dual core and hyperthreading was the problem. Unfortunately it didnt fix the problem.
