Hi all,

I'm having an issue with an IPO 9.1 system paired with Nortel T7316e phones. About half the phones show up as M7310s instead of T7316s under the Extensions menu The programmable buttons on these phones do not work. When pressed they give no output in system status. The Extensions menu has a drop down box option and I can select T7316 but it does not fix it. Picture below, any ideas on the problem or a solution?

Thank you

are they 7316's or 7316e's ?
maybe the ones you look at are a different firmware or HW version

I've run across that in the past where phones identify incorrectly, even when connected to Nortel platforms. Almost always they were reman or gray market phones. Years back a customer bought several 7316's for their BCM and they all showed up as 7208s. Not saying that is your problem, but it could be.
