Nortel Succession 1000 with BCM200 Problem w/ H323 Gatekeeper SigSrvr

My Signaling Server running Gatekeeper (GK) is 192.168.20.20 Node IP and TLAN IP. I want the BCM200 to register with it. The BCM200 is 10.10.10.1. When the BCM200 sends a H225 RAS message to the GK, the GK seems to reject it. Any idea why? Please help. Thanks
