Does anyone know which ports the Nortel SoftPhone 2050 uses to communicate?
We are going to use a secure VPN and need to permission the ports.

If you haven't already done so, post the question in one of the Nortel forums for a quicker response.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

starters for 10 are :

UDP

4100
5000
5200
5201
plus a variable port thats specified by the tps.

we also found:

UDP

5100
5105
7300
10000
