Nortel SMDR data format

Hi there,

We are looking to develop a middleware between so that Switchvox can emulate the Nortel SMDR data output. Can anyone please provide us with the exact data format of the Nortel SMDR data.

it's usually set up the same as the Meridian switch

IIRC there is some setting someplace to control the output, but it is has been YEARS since we set it up. Ours outputs to fixed length ASCII lines, like this:
