Nortel SL100 TRAP Need unassign Line card

Problem Nortel SL100 Line Draw 3. Line Card 0 is a POTS (IBN) NT6X17BA CARD, that had been assigned a DN, which should not have been done. Anyway trying to remove it. Try using Servord (OUT & CLN), deleteing & CHG from Table LNINV, but will not take. When QDN or QLEN it casues a CM119 dead Trapped. Any idles on how to unassigned this LENs??
