I have an old SECC 4.2 running on Win2003 Server SP1. I have to load the last available SU, SU17. It won't let me, as it's telling me the Windows Installer is out of date. IT support at the location says it's asking to install SP2, before it will allow the Windows Installer update, but I can't find documentation as to whether SP2 is compatable with SECC? Can anyone help? Thank you!
