Nortel release 23 programing - changing class of service

Anyone have an idea on how to change the class of
service to enable Hands Free on a 2616?

The current TN has HFD. How do I change it to HFA?

FYI - For hands-free on a 2616 - key 15 must be nul or you will be unable to chg CLS.

I changed key 15 to nul and tried LD 11:
