Nortel - recovered equipment question.....

Hi....I removed a system today that was no longer in use, but was still working okay to my knowledge when it was replaced with a BCM 1000.

KSU is a 8X24, DR5 Software. - I did a **Startup/Square and it seems to be okay. I'm going to test all the CO lines & Ports.

M0X16 - Two modules with copper connect.

M12X0 #1 contains (3) Loop CO cards with DS - Will test the cards in my CICS LAB

M12X0 #2 contains (2) E&M Tie DISA trunk cards. Are these cards of any great value?

Are these M modules worth keeping around due to the fact that they are not fiber interface?

Depends how long you want to keep them there dime a dozen on ebay

I would say if you have customers with 8X24 then keep for a backup should they have issues.
Or sell to a customer tight for money and nail them on labour.
