nortel phone mailbox

I have Meridian phones with a Nortel system. We have one extension that will not accept voicemail. When you forward a call to that extension and it isn't picked up, the line rings back. If you try to check the mailbox from an outside line it says the mailbox is not initialized. I have tried to delete the mailbox and re-add it but nothing changes.

Any suggestions?

There is a guy named Jerry right in your town plus you have Toledo and Cleveland which are in fact near you.

Google, Yellow Pages and neighbours whom likely also have the same type system are your friends.

thanks, if you have the number of Jerry, send it my way. We called people from google,etc and they weren't willing to come. I'm sure you know we tried that first....
