Nortel Personal Speed Dials

I have done this before but completely forgot. How do I change personal speed dials 71-94 from the BCM Element Manager. Also I just noticed my system speed dials are empty and I had 70 in there.

I do not see Capabilities.

I have also confirmed that the speed dials work. Not sure why there is nothing there. I can't even add any.

Perhaps reinstall EM and update Java
If still an issue post your BCM release and OS
You could also call your vendor in to check that you have proper credentials for your user name and to update your patches on the BCM.
