Hello, I'm sort of new to the Nortel PBX systems. The question I have is this, I have an ACD queue running with about 5 or 6 phone lines. I know there is a way to print a hard copy of the calls that come in and which phones is anwsered the most. I'm just not sure what that command is. Can anyone help me out? Thank you.

You need to turn on reporting in the ACD configuration. Should be the last prompt, I think RPRT set to yes.

AFTER YOU DO THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BUILD A TTY IN LD 17 AND THE SCB IN LD 23

here's the config on my acd printer

Code:
ADAN TTY 5
  CTYP QSDI
  GRP 1
  DNUM 5
  DES ACD
  FLOW NO
  USER ACD
  CUST 00
  SSUP NO
  APRT YES
  XSM NO

of course it is not connected to a tty.. it is connected to a pc using procomm running a script that saves the file to a share drive. with the primary acd user almost 2 miles away on a fiber loop, that was the fastest way to get that file to them... all acd groups with RPTY yes are sent to that comm port
