Site cannot dial area code 432 would that be blocked in the pbx and if so what is the LD to check. Thanks.

To add a area code do you just do a change in ld 90 and add the area code?

Thanks that is what I thought. appreciate the help.

First I would print out an existing NPA in order to get the common RLI setting. (The TRAN is usually "AC1" but could be different in larger systems):

>LD 90
ESN000

REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA

NPA 1202
NPA 1202
RLI 3
DENY 976

SDRR DENY CODES = 1
ITEI NONE

MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 10099580 USED U P: 2747075 358848 TOT: 13205503
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 607 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED LD43 - BKO)
REQ

Then I would add the missing NPA, being sure to also deny 976 dialing within that new NPA:

REQ NEW
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA

NPA 1432
RLI 3
SDRR DENY
DENY 976
DENY
SDRR
ITEI

MEM AVAIL: (U/P): 10099572 USED U P: 2747075 358856 TOT: 13205503
DISK SPACE NEEDED: 607 KBYTES
2MB BACKUP DISKETTE(S) NEEDED: 1 (PROJECTED LD43 - BKO)
REQ
