Question for the GURUS

I recently started maintaining a Nortel Option 11 system that has DID block coming in that I am not seeing on the actual phone set when printing out a TNB on the extension. I am thinking it is in LD 9 under translation tables? example: 2790 ringing on key 0 of 5507 - need 2790 to ring on 5509 instead. 2790 is no where to be found on TN when printing out the phone? Any help would be appreciated

Look in LD 49 at your IDC tables

You also change it in LD 49. You are prompted with the IDGT after you enter it and then enter the DN you want it to ring. To delete an entry type x.

There was a idc translation built but not for the ,,dis # I was looking for - where else might this # be in a table? Route data block?

What does the system tell you if you go to LD 20 and do a prt of the 2790 DN?

Sch0881. No act since date Does not see that number. But if I cal from outside it rings on key 0 of the set

What happens when you dial 2790 internally?

It's possibly a remote call forward at your phone line vendor? For that you would check your customer service records since that would be a service you would be paying for.

When you print out the IDC table did you list all the table?

You could always look at the DCH messaging - turn on incoming messaging and place a call and see what it's coming in as.

Owner tells me they do not have it CFW from CO (she does not even have a rep to contact at carrier - been there 25 years).
When I printed the IDC table saw some IDGT and CDGT numbers - but not the one needed
Will look,at the DCH tomorrow. Thanks to all

Gave up - moved the phone to where they needed DID to ring....still crazy thinking about where that translation is at...I will find it...thanks to all for suggestions

Keep in mind that IDC looks at LDN length regardless of entry length in LD49. It is possible that carrier change and old carrier was delivering last 4 of PSTN, new carrier sending 7 digit PSTN inbound. If sending 10 digits of PSTN you may want to check SW pkg for expanded DN length. However getting back to LDN length, if it is 4 digits, then IDC will only look at last 4 digits of entry
