Nortel Option 11 - Outbound Caller Line ID

HI,

We have a PBX with users from different departments calling outbound over the same ISND PRI, each dept has its own unique dedicated outside number/DID that will ring their specific extension/DN. IS there a way to have their own dedicated outside number advertised on this PRI when they make an outbound call, ex. DN 5555 (DID xxx-xxx-yyyy) calls outbound over the PRI to my cell #. We would like the callers' specific DID showing up on my cell in order to call them back.

Go to LD 15 and create a CLID table:

Entry x
HNTN (area code)
ESA_APDN (yes)
HLCL xxx (your prefix)
DIDN (yes)

In LD 11 apply this table to each phone you want to send their DID.
