I just turned up my internal spans on my Option 11 and when I dial to the system using our internal 7 digit dial plan I get this error.

PRI227 DCH: 4 DATA: 00000004

Everything looks fine and my spans are clean with no errors. I can't find the problem. Anything would help.

it means
loop # out of range

where is the card installed and how is it configured?

It's 2 PRI spans on TMDI cards. They are configured on loops 3 and 4 on the system. D-Channels on 24 and 48 respectively. Pretty standard set-up as far as a PRI goes. Looks like there is a TN / Loop miss match as this error states but I checked everything and don't see the miss match.

Local spans were not configured for SL1PROFILE. This fixed it.
