Thanks to All: New boss at one of my customers means change how things work. Need help to go back in time. Rel 25 did for years have 2 2250's answer incoming pri. The last boss wanted those to go away and set up a "call center" which I did using ACD group. 6 sets when all are logged in. No problem. New boss wants to have mer mail answer first " If you know your party's etc" if not press what ever for call center. I have looked and looked but I can not get where I need to change it. When all sets log out at nite it goes to nite menu. No problem. I have read the forums and the best I see is a phantom number. I have set 4 other systems up but it has been some time ago.
 
You need to have it go to voice mail first, with options to dial party or a second for the operator, then point the operator choice to the ACD you have set up
 
Right, but I change it to the vmail hunt in ld 15 and ld 12 but no luck.
 
You need to have an ACD que that is NCFW to the Merdian Mail answer yours calls first. Then build a voice services menu to play to callers and from there if they press "1" it can transfer to another ACD que with the 6 agents in it.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
