Thanks to All: New boss at one of my customers means change how things work. Need help to go back in time. Rel 25 did for years have 2 2250's answer incoming pri. The last boss wanted those to go away and set up a "call center" which I did using ACD group. 6 sets when all are logged in. No problem. New boss wants to have mer mail answer first " If you know your party's etc" if not press what ever for call center. I have looked and looked but I can not get where I need to change it. When all sets log out at nite it goes to nite menu. No problem. I have read the forums and the best I see is a phantom number. I have set 4 other systems up but it has been some time ago.
