Sounds like either a bad hard drive or bad RAM. If there is a video connector on the NAM you can watch the boot sequence to see where it's getting hung up.

He said there was no voicemail, but I'm thinking it's a NAM as well. I can't say off hand I've ever heard any Norstar KSU beep...just a NAM.

I agree mike112taylor needs to be careful when posting.
Please always give model type and version when posting, we are good but our eyeballs only see so far.
Also stating that "the voice mail is no longer working" works a tad better than "no voice mail"
Brutalis and exsmogger nailed it but usually the hard drive is the culprit.
I think the RAM is 2 quick beeps in succession?.
Otherwise the NAM cannot read the boot files on the HD.
Send in for repair to local vendor or try purchasing a 4.1 NAM HD.

Hi All,
Sorry about the lack of information and sentence structure. I`m sure you all know what is like to be doing a million things at once when on a service call. I appreciate all of the input it turned out to just be the NAM itself, once replaced the system functioned fine.
