Nortel Networks M3903 Phone Call Log Password

We just bought three re-furbished M3903 phones. It appears they have been locked with passwords to prevent people from viewing the caller's list. Tried 1234# as the default and could not clear the password request. Was told by distributor to do a load 22 and print the passwords, but unfortunately, no one seems to know what the second level password is for our Meridian system. Any ideas?
