I Have a Norstar MICS Ver 4. I Need to setup 5 new extensions for our new area. Can anyone tell me how to program new/additional extensions??

Depends how you need them setup. If all phones are programmed the same you can just do a set copy of an existing phone extension. This is done in "Term & Sets".

Why do "Phantom Calls" happen? Is there anyway to prevent a "Phantom Call" from happening? What can i do to stop these calls from happening on our system?
