Have a Nortel MICS with a T1 module and circuit configured for E&M Wink passing 4 digits. How can I route based on the DID 4 digits being passed?

Unlike PRI, E&M wink trunks must be set to auto answer, and answer with DISA set to no.

Define target lines with the digits the phone company is sending you then assign target lines to sets.

Here's a link to the manual. Check out the Trunks and Target Lines chapter on page 89:

Specific questions yield specific answers.

That is how I have things configured but nothing is working. Everything goes to the automated attendant. Is it possible they aren't sending digits or the correct ones? Been on hold trying to get to the bottom of this.

We have a number for instance: XXX-XXX-1800. I have setup Line 160 as a target with receiver digits 1800 and primary as 226. I set 160 to Appear and Ring on 226. Regardless of what line I set to ring it gives a quick ring and then auto attendant answers.

Nevermind. I found that they were all in the AA to be answered. Changed that.

The person that had the system before me had a lot of configuration setups everywhere that were strange. I need to get a RAD setup.
