On a nortel mics 7.1 pri. How do you make an anlog a hot line? I went into capabilities in terminals and sets for the extention and made it external, dial 9, prime line i/c. Then went to prime line on ext and said i/c. Then i went to services, second dial tone and entered 9. But when i go offhook on the analog ext i still don"t get second dial tone. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong????
