I have a Nortel MICS 7.0 and I am trying to install paging using a Viking PA-2A newer model with 10 connections not the older one. I am not sure how to wire the two pairs from the system to the Viking. Any help would be appreciated.
You can find the wiring charts that match your system by clicking the FAQ's button on the top bar above then scroll to the bottom.
As for the Viking itself you may need to refer to its manual.

Thank you for the info. I did read this post and unfortunately that is the wiring for the old Viking PA-2A pre 2000. I have the unit for a newer model. The dry closure is for night ringing. I know the pairs on the MICS that I need to use, I am not sure on the Viking unit where to connect them.
Ok I was only pointing to Norstar wiring in the FAQ as this is a Norstar forum.
I know that the Vikings website has all the downloads/manuals you need.
I just googled your part number and looks like on the very first link you need 5 and 6 which is the Trunk or Paging Port.
