I have a NOrtel MICS with 6.1.

When dialing out on a PRI I have some numbers that will not go thru. I get a ATT recording that says the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. The error only happens when calling a specific area and prefix. I can call these numbers with a cell phone or on another system. This issue started a couple weeks ago with no changes to the MICS but ATT is adamant its in the MICS. ATT is saying the dialout is showing unknown and thats why. The SET OLI is set to the customer main number.

You need to provide details.

What is the method to dial out?
Are you using Dest codes and Routes?
What Area code number and Prefix is dialed?

had a problem like that a few years back, the problem is in the public network area of the norstar
you have to change the digits out put for those prefixes. you might need a tech for this one.
Good luck
