We recently moved this system for a customer to new office space. We know minimal amount about phone systems and need to solve the following problem: Customer has alll new incoming phone numbers. Previously, certain employees had "private" numbers (caller from outside dials a certain number and it directly rings that employees extension). We need to reprogram those numbers because obviously we now have new phone numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you asking how to program a line to be private??
I f you wish to do thast then its under
A.Configuration->Trk/LineData->and then under one of the options LineType you have then option of POOLs, Public and Private to XXX (XXX=extension #)
