How can should the Meridian 81 be setup to use
numbering plan : ISDN
Type of Number : National
using codeset 5.
dialing 1010XXX+0.
?
This plan does not seem to work connected to a DMS100

We are trying to get the Meridian 81c (not sl1 profile)
to dial 1010XXX+0. for operator services.
The Meridian is connected to a DMS 500.
Using ni2 protocol.
The Meridian is sending
codeset 5
numbering plan : ISDN
Type of Number : National
using codeset 5.
dialing 1010XXX+0.
