If I call Nortel phone M7310, ext 6410 from within the branch location it says "Not in Service", if I call the same 4 digit extenstion from our HQ office the call goes though or if I call the main number then the ext the call goes though. This has only been reported on the one extension, ext 6410, Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

The first thing I would do is to find out if the affected phone is the right one or not. Go to it and press "Feature" *0 and then the DN key to see if has the correct number. Quickly press "#" to find out the port number.

Assuming that was all correct, start checking if any changes were recently made, either on the phone or in the system's programming.

Thank you!

After checking the line and port which both looked correct. I replaced the set with one from storage and it worked just fine.
