Nortel M3905 ACD in calls button stoped working 5

Hi people

I set one of our new M3905 phones up in a call centre a few months back and it was working fine then. Today someone has tried to use it but the in-calls button (key 0 ) just won't work.
I've tried removing they key 0 setup and then adding it again.
I've tried simply re-enabling the phone set to see if that would jump start it
And i've also tried another M3905 in case the set had just died a little. It hadn't.
I have a further 16 of these sets to roll out in the near future, but if they're going to do stuff like this then i fear for the amount of helpdesk calls i will get!
Any help you can give me is very much appreciated.

Have you checked your Symposium license limit? Dacr in ld 48 and see if you can log in straight ACD.

I've worked out what the problem was (all working now). Those helpful people up in the call centre had decided to help me by trying the set plugged into different floor boxes (choce of 3 available on the mostly unused bank of desks) as they reckon thats "fixed" stuff before for them!?! They also had been trying different sockets for the headset, so although it run underneath the phone it wasn't necessarily plugged into the right socket each time. Thought it was all going a bit weird and was confused why sometimes my changes had no effect.
That'll teach me for just hitting the in calls button each time and thinking "still doesn't work" and then going to make more changes.
