I'm just looking for a bit of advice about jobs.
I am actually British so my first question is, does anyone know how hard it is to find a job in the US or Canada and move over there (work permits etc.).
Secondly, this is my first job after university (if you exclude being a chef). I've only been doing it for 6 months now but I've picked it up very quickly and gone from changing printer cartridges to being the most knowledgeable person inside the company with regards to our new Nortel CS1000E phone system. What sort of money do you get over there and are there many jobs available?
I would like to do any job where I can learn every day, doesn't have to be a Nortel system, that's just all I've done so far. How do I go about finding jobs on your side of the Atlantic whilst I'm living in Britain?
Any career advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David Smith.
