Morning Guys,
We have just replaced a BCM with an Avaya IP500v2 Version 9, Long story short but the customer used Soft phone on the BCM across 65 PC's for screen popping and such. They want to know rather than writing a new program that sits in the back ground to work with the Avaya Soft phone is it possible to use their old Nortel IS2050 Soft phone with the Avaya as the program is already written?
