I have an IP2033 phone but the DC power brick that connects to the power injector is missing. Can anyone tell me the voltage and amperage needed for a replacement adapter?

Thanks

Are you sure you don't have the PoE model? That model does not include the transformer. It should have a PoE logo on it if this is the case.

I do have the POE supply actually. I take it this can be used to power locally OR via POE with the same device?

Yes, you can use either PoE or local AC power, but as you have discovered, you will need to purchase the transformer if you want local power.

Keep in mind that the local power model does not come with the PoE adapter.

I found a 19VDC power supply and it works perfectly. Thanks for the tip!
